NOTES FROM THE EDITOR

Happy Thanksgiving Eve to everyone out there IRL!

Like many of you, I started my week early to squeeze a 5-day work week into 3 days, but content isn’t just going to create itself.

This week I really nerded out on an article about the private equity firm Blackstone acquiring a majority stake in Jersey Mike’s for a reported $8 billion dollars. These are my favorite stories to write, but are the least popular with readers and YouTube viewers for some reason. So to even things out, I wrote a fun piece about Betty White getting her very own U.S. Postal Stamp in 2025. She’s a national treasure people!

I’m off the rest of the day to spend time with my kids, and spend the rest of the week watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, over eating, and over spending on Black Friday - so yea, all my favorite American traditions.

Happy Thanksgiving week ya’ll!
